Urgent Repairs
In case of urgent repair such as gas, water or electrical faults, please always contact us in the first instant before contacting your trades person.
If the emergency happens outside of office hours, you can contact a trades person of your choice. However, you need to pay the cost of the repair and obtain the details of the work done, tax invoice and evidence of paid amount. You can then submit these documents to us for the refund.
